We mail out statements on or around the first of each month. If you prefer emailed statements, just let us know. We accept checks and all major credit cards. Should you desire to pay by credit card, we can keep your card information on file and secure. Or, you are welcome to call us and give us the info over the phone each month (we shred the paper we write it down on). Some of our customers allow us to simply run the card after the statements are mailed. Some want us to call first for authorization. Some want a receipt or an approval code emailed. We are flexible!
